After a long wait, Amanda finally secured the only car for us, she is very professional and provided us with the details of the price and equipments/features on the car. When we arrived at Continental Toyota to pick up the car, Mostafa Atra is also very professional and provided us with the details of the car and took us for a test drive. He is very patient in explaining all the new features on the car and took great care in getting the car ready for our drive home. Prior to that, Mark Doerge help us completed all the necessary papers and took care of the financing papers for our 0% financing thru the Toyota Financing. Over all, this is one of the best car buying service we experienced in over 40 years. More

I met with CJ Miller and Dean Rio, and both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and professional. When it came time to sign my paperwork, Mark Doerge walked me through it and explained it thoroughly. I was about to settle for the one I really didn't want because it was less expensive. They came through to me I'm so happy, I will refer to everyone. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I hold it to tough standards they met them all. I did not feel like a dollar sign but a human being. I will go back time and time again!! I had been extremely satisfied with my 2010 Rav4 and was not thinking of a new car...until I saw the revamped 2013 Rav4. We went in to look at the 2013 one night after dinner and test drove it to make a com not thinking of a new car...until I saw the revamped 2013 Rav4. We went in to look at the 2013 one night after dinner and test drove it to make a comparison. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgable about this "just off the line" SUV. The more I thought about it, the more I liked the new Rav4, from the now missing spare tire on the back to the fantastic ENTUNE system. After much thought, I decided that I had to upgrade to the 2013 Rav4. We went back and Mark made the experience as painless as it could be. We were even able to use Continental Toyota gift cards for the down payment. Once the car was delivered, the paperwork procedure, which would normally cause migraine headaches, was quick and easy. Mark made sure that I understood the ENTUNE system and even set up my Bluetooth for me. Mark is another in a long list of fine employees at Continental Toyota. I am happy to be a part of the Continental family! More
