I was extremely impressed with his comfortable and affable demeanor, his expertise of the Honda product and patient and willingness to listen to my automotive needs. We test drove the vehicle , appraised my trade and negotiated the deal for a new Honda CRV 2019 with very little stress. It was an easy and pleasing experience. One of which the likes was head and shoulders above past car buying experiences. I would strongly recomend (and already have to close friends and colleagues) in the market for a new Honda and have recommended Mark as their Sales rep. There is something special about a dealership like Valley Honda....well worth traveling past other Honda Dealerships for the incredible car buying experience they provide.
