DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER! DO NOT buy either a new car or pre-owned car from this dealer!! They lie and put a bunch of add ons without informing the customer! They also double d DO NOT buy either a new car or pre-owned car from this dealer!! They lie and put a bunch of add ons without informing the customer! They also double dip on numerous fees and overcharge on top of that! They claimed the pre-owned car I purchased was mechanically checked out, it was not! All the fluids were extremely low, battery died after 4 days. The general manager DOES NOT care about customers nor does the sales manager! After numerous attempts to reach out to the GM, he NEVER responded even after a formal complaint to Acura Corporate office! These people are scammers to me and they treat the customer like garbage!! STAY AWAY!! More

5 cars in8 years I’ve leased 5 Acura in 8 years from Palm Beach Acura. These guys work hard to get you where you need to be financially. There service is impeccable. T I’ve leased 5 Acura in 8 years from Palm Beach Acura. These guys work hard to get you where you need to be financially. There service is impeccable. They do everything they can to make the process of leasing or buying a car easy for me. The only issue that I ever had with any of these cars was a dead battery. Once I got a jump they replaced the battery for me in less than a 1/2 hour. I live much closer to another Acura dealership yet I continue to drive up to them because I find them much more professional.... More
