He was extremely patient, highly knowledgeable, and most important, a very good listener. He was calm, laid back, and understanding of what I wanted to buy which made me feel extremely comfortable without any pressure. I highly recommend other associates in sales take note of the genuine methods and practices Mark uses for selling cars because he is extremely good at allowing the customer decide what they want without the pressure of making a decision they might regret later. I really appreciate his follow-up to ensure I receive all replacement items originally missing from the car prior to my purchase. His demeanor, dedication, superb customer service, and subject matter expertise is definitely a positive asset for Ricart.
