Carl went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were happy customers. The showroom and the service center were extremely clean and the staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely recom were happy customers. The showroom and the service center were extremely clean and the staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Otis Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle. It was definitely worth the hour drive it took us to get there! More

I was dealing with a different dealer near my home & was about to pick up a new 2013 Ford Exployer that day when that dealer said they would not accept a bank check I got from my credit union at a lower was about to pick up a new 2013 Ford Exployer that day when that dealer said they would not accept a bank check I got from my credit union at a lower rate, I told them I was using my Credit Union for the financing but they wanted me to use theirs. At that point I did not trust them & my wife & I were very fustrated & disappointed. I took a trip out to Otis Ford and was introduced to Mark Layburn and he saw that I was fustrated as I explained my previous experience from the other dealer. Mark was nothing but professional, helpful & kind. Mark was able to give me the vehicle that we wanted with better options and a better deal. I brought my wife back with me that Wednesday and Mark let us go for a test ride (previous dealer never even offered us to test drive), my wife loved the vehicle and felt comfortable dealing with Mark. In just talking & mentioning that I work for UPS, Mark helped us look up the UPS X-Plan Partner & was able to take more money off which paid for the extended warrently. We felt Mark went above and beyond with working with us to get into our new vehicle and was able to take it home that mext day. Mark walked us thru all the features on the vehicle & was patient with our questions, he even gave us a full tank of gas. I would recommend Otis Ford & Mark to all my family & friends, even the receptionist was very professional & friendly. Mark turned our car buying experience from a bad one to a trustworthy one. Thanks Mark, we just wish we went to Otis Ford first. We love our new truck. More

I do not live in the same town as Otis Ford. My mother grew up the road a bit, but her family of 10 kids could never afford a car!! We grew up in Sag harbor NY; about 40 minutes away. My dad bought his first new pick up ever here, back in 1966, and was treated like gold, by the present owner as a new salesman under his father's wing. I saw a car that I had been looking for on their lot, and saw it on the internet. It was a 3 year old used car that would suit my needs for the home inspection business that i have been in for years. I walked inside and spoke to a gentleman named Mark Laydman, who was involved with some other business, but never was curt or rude. He answered the questions I had, and I said I would return with my trade in etc. I came back the next week, and he remembered me right off, had my number etc. I had done sales for many years, but never felt hustled or pressured. No slick routine. He came off as a real "guy", and a good father just trying to take care of his family like me. I must say he treated me as if I was buying the best Lincoln on the lot. He let me take the car home to East Hampton so my wife could see if she was comfortable in it with her bad back. Luckily she was, because I loved the car!! When i returned it, they said i could pick it up after the weekend. I had mentioned that the wheel wobbled some, and after they had balanced the tires and aligned it, they went back and cut the rotors on the spot. The young mechanic Steve was wonderful. 4 stars all the way. I know several people that have been to this dealer, and they are all very pleased with all facets of this dealership. We have been buying from Otis for over 20 years! I have and will continue to recommend family and friends to buy/lease from Otis. And the one reason is Mark Layburn!He has never let us down. I am able to rate that I am highly satisfied with Otis Ford, and the employees mentioned, today and for the past 23 years. My parents before that for another 23! I receive high quality service (maintenance and problems), and high quality advice from the service advisors and sales professionals. Imagine the first new car you are shown being the best match for you! Imagine when you have a problem and worry it could be an expensive solution (and might be in other venues), to learn that the diagnosis and the cost are not as bad as you think! Imagine knowing some of your friends pay more because they didn't go to the Otis Ford dealership! And whether or not a problem arises, Otis Ford people are always a pleasure to work with. They all want to help. And they are genuinely happy to see you when you run into them in restaurants, at the supermarket, the train station, everywhere. More
