My Review of Toyota Santa Monica:
I brought my Prius in for service and a new battery. The work was well done and completed on time. I was very pleased with my service advisor and the discount he gave me on my battery. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I got an appointment within 20 minutes of calling at 10:30am on a Friday, and the car was ready for pick-up before 4:30pm.

My Review of Toyota Santa Monica:
I took my 08 Prius in for a 40,000 mile service. Mark was very friendly and very informative. When my car was ready, he called me immediately to let me know. He gave me some information about the condition of the car, but said there were no issues that couldn't wait to be taken care of at my next service. I appreciated his honesty very much. Sometimes I feel like service centers tend to push the customer into services that the customer may not need right away. It was refreshing to deal with Mark.

I rated the price "okay" because I just wish it were cheaper to get my car serviced.
