Three cheers for Mark Lidano. I had a good feeling coming back to Cityside after about seven years away. Though I didn't buy my Outback there I had it serviced there regularly o I had a good feeling coming back to Cityside after about seven years away. Though I didn't buy my Outback there I had it serviced there regularly over several years. When I returned to Cityside a couple of weeks ago needing a car, I found the same friendly helpers. Mark Lidano was so helpful in reaching out to me and in providing me with the information and support I needed to make a decision. He was patient: he listened and was responsive and found a Crosstrek to meet my needs. More
