Calm & Cordial Problem Solving Pros! No one likes to have to bring their car in for service. However, when you encounter the good service reps here they make it their primary responsibili No one likes to have to bring their car in for service. However, when you encounter the good service reps here they make it their primary responsibility to set clear/accurate expectations. On many an occasion they've helped me prioritize what matters most when work needs to be done, to best align with my budget. Thank you guys for always being a fair and always looking to minimize discomfort in the service process. s/o to the ladies who collect payment as well. Super nice and helpful. More

Great job as always. Very accommodating. Brought it in for a specific issue and some routine maintenance. My mini was out in a jiffy with a bubble bath. They found a plastic cap broken and called me and asked before changing the $7 part. They changed the coolant fluid without any charge after I told them that my daughter topped it off with water this summer. And they washed the car ! With all that I prefer an authorized MINI dealer over any other service station, even with a 2006 MINI. More

They always fix my car - with no residual effects of something else going wrong - and they are always willing to work with me to get me back on the road quickly. Also, since this was a lease, I had some questions about service requirements which they were more that happy to spend time with me to answer. More

He goes the extra mile....actually has driven many miles to accommodate my needs and that of my company. I just purchased a 2020 Countryman from Spiro. I built the car of my dreams on the Mini Cooper website and he magically made it appear within a couple of days. He took the time to review all the features and has followed up with telephone calls to check on my experience. Spiro is an exceptional representative that is part of a great team. I was so glad to be able to also visit with the Service Manager Mark Mozdziez, who I have known for years, and has more “z”s in his name than the word “Jazz.” When you are ready to experience a Mini Cooper, Spiro is the person to talk to and this dealership, with great service is the place to visit.
