Service was great. Availability was awesome. They were able to get me in on short notice and the oil change and tire rotation took 90 minutes just like they told me it Availability was awesome. Terrible customer service. They lie to you about scheduling and timing. I left my car there after making an appointment two weeks earlier and they never looked at it. I called and asked why bother making an appointment if you don’t bother to look at the car. I don’t need a place to park it for the day. Once work was completed car was still acting up. I paid the $100 premium on the warranty and the still kept calling asking for payment. Service Manager is awful. More
