I have been using this dealership for 14 years, primarily for there service. I have never had a disappointing experience with there service department in all this time. They have never been manipulative or d for there service. I have never had a disappointing experience with there service department in all this time. They have never been manipulative or dishonest with me in any of the many times I have had to utilize there service department for my vehicles, whether it be under warranty or for normal service. I have always found all the personnel extremely courteous and helpful in every department. I have also purchased a vehicle from the Lowell division of Lannon and was completely satisfied with the experience. More

I frequently come to this dealership for service and every time I have not been disappointed. Their estimates are quick, precise and fair. The work is done in a timely manner and I have never had to g every time I have not been disappointed. Their estimates are quick, precise and fair. The work is done in a timely manner and I have never had to go back twice for the same repair. Everyone I talk to in the process has been professional and friendly. If I need a ride they do not hesitate to pick me up or drop me off. More

I find Lannan easily accessible. I was greeted by name by 3 employees when I walked into the service department. Usually deal with Mark O'Malley but he was busy and Joe stepped right up to process my order. Have always had the best experiences at this dealership working with Mark, Joe or Frank. Have been coming here since 1987 and would not go to another dealer. Work was done in a timely manner and I was informed of additional work that was needed which was functional and also safety related. Can't beat a $17.95 oil change! More
