I had experience with carmax dealer yesterday, I called to speak to my salesman & man answering phone could not be bothered to fwd my call or my message to my agent while i was driving. My salesman has been there 16yrs, he never got the message i left either. Customer Service is so important. The car and salesmen was wonderful When we got the car everything was great. Until we was driving and the car ran out of gas and we all know that is a no no. So we were stuck for almost When we got the car everything was great. Until we was driving and the car ran out of gas and we all know that is a no no. So we were stuck for almost 4 hours on the freeway in a new car because the car was sold without any gas. We are praying it didn't do any damage to the car. More

Low pressure buying experience I found my vehicle through car gurus and made a request with the dealer to come look at the car. Upon arriving, my contact met me in the parking lot, started the process on getting the value ofy trade in and immediately let me test drive the car I was interested in. She allowed me to take it as long as I wanted. She took time to answer my questions and did a great job! More

Once we gave all the required info, she processed all the necessary steps quickly and painlessly, all while remaining friendly and very approachable. Overall, I had a very good buying experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to the dealership was that when we came and checked in at the front desk, it took them over 30 minutes before being able to page Marla to attend to us, and did not give us an ETA throughout the wait time. Other than that, I would personally recommend coming to see her if you plan on purchasing/leasing a new car. More
