Deceptive, Liars that won't disclose all thier fees up front I am giving DriversSelect 1 star because they have deceptive business practices! I bought from them, because they had a fair price on a vehicle I lik I am giving DriversSelect 1 star because they have deceptive business practices! I bought from them, because they had a fair price on a vehicle I liked. That is the only positive about my purchase, because I bought it out of state, they told me by law that I had to license it through them. There was a $259 delivery fee and $150 document fee and that was all that I would pay (above the vehicle and actual license fee from Arkansas). They charged me more $14.50 state inspection (but I don't live in TX) $16.61 dealer inventory tax, $79.98 process fee for out of state (Didn't I just get charge $150 for document fee ? FRAUD) and they still over paid the sales tax to Arkansas, so they say I have to speak to the DMV to get that money back. I love my car, but DriversSelect is deceptive, lying and will not take responsibility for their actions. I have given them 2 weeks to compromise on a settlement and they would not budge. Look for my posts on every outlet. More

Never bought a car so quickly at a decent price We spoke with Marla over the phone regarding the car we were interested in seeing. We got there test drove the car with no pressure. We came back and she gave us the bottom line price which we accepted. Put money down and finished the deal on Monday. Took a total of 2 hours. We have never bought a car so quickly and with no hassle. More

They have a wide selection of used vehicles, all of which look like they are new. Their prices are posted with no haggling required at lower prices when compared to other dealer options. There is no pressure from the sales staff and are extremely helpful in finding a car with the options you want. Go to their website to pick one or more (I chose 6) to schedule a test drive. The cars you see online are what you will drive, however, keep in mind that they do sell quickly so their inventory is constantly changing. All of the staff were helpful and courteous but you'd do well to ask for Marla (my personal favorite). More

Watch out I saw an E350 2013 online I called the dealership Marla was the sales person and told me the car is not in yet and she will let me know when it's in. I wanted to buy it I filled up a credit app I repeatedly ask her to take my deposit to secure the sale she said no need it's yours I don't want u to wait go home and we will do it over the phone. I did sign the purchase agreement after one hour from arriving home and gave her my credit card info and asked her again to run it She never did because I read online about another customer who had a similar experience. Second morning she called me to say sorry someone else put a deposit. I believe the dealership main problem is a communication problem and they shouldn't pull my credit report and lower my scores before They take a deposit .that is the glitch.and the computer systems should show the car pending. According to their story someone put a deposit at noon which is 4 hours before I even went there. I called to complain talked to josh in finance he was nice but nothing was done about the problem. He said he will have the G M call me which he never did.anways I went to ecarone the dealer that I always buy from and the dealer that respect their customers and bought my car.how would I recommend this place to anyone???? More

the best feeling!! soooo i was out of a vehicle as of june 23rd due to a wreck!! tired of waiting on the insurance to make a move i decided to start searching for the ca soooo i was out of a vehicle as of june 23rd due to a wreck!! tired of waiting on the insurance to make a move i decided to start searching for the car i really wanted.. endlessly online looking up cars and prices i finally found the one!! great price, had a sunroof which i had been really wanting since i could drive a car it was perfect!called ds friday evening aug 10 ...spoke with miss marla rosser " i said ms marla i really want that car please dont let anyone get it!!" she laughed..satuday morning i was at my bank getting approved for my loan, directly after that straight to ds to do a test drive..it was better than i imagined...had it put on hold so no-one else could place their eyes upon it!! i was driving it off the lot Mon aug 10th.. she was the the sweeeeeetest lady ever!!! I was so pleased with the way she treated me!! keep her around shes very warm and nice...i was so happy with my purchase i even gave her a hug!! easy process for a young person like me!!! More
