I originally had a great experience at this dealership. That all ended when I became interested in a warranty. I found that the vehicle I purchased had a warranty on it, and I can transfer that warranty That all ended when I became interested in a warranty. I found that the vehicle I purchased had a warranty on it, and I can transfer that warranty to me. I worked with Vincente their finance manager to the warranty transferred. Over a couple of weeks, he seemed to figure it out, as I received a copy of the after-market warranty that the previous owner had purchased, and my name was on it. I also confirmed with Endurance Warranty that the warranty was active. I thought all was great. Few months later, I take my vehicle in for service, and they tell me the warranty was voided a month later because Metro Ford didn't submit the appropriate paperwork!! Then, these people have gaul to try to sell me a new warranty. I couldn't believe it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL REGRET IT More

The entire dealership from sales to finance to setting up delivery have been fantastic. The constant communication from Johnny through the entire process could have not been better. He has also been just a phone call away since delivery to help with working out a few bugs that wasn’t his or Metro Fords fault.
