DCH Honda Of Oxnard has the worst customer service I’ve ever received, along with the WORST manager I’ve ever encountered. Martin Esparza was the representative who helped me who supposedly “help Me”... I ever received, along with the WORST manager I’ve ever encountered. Martin Esparza was the representative who helped me who supposedly “help Me”... I took in my Honda Accord for an oil change like I usually do they did the oil change and then came at me with a $15 extra charge due to them “finding rat droppings on my battery” so according to Martin Esparza the tech removed my battery and cleaned it, later my car started to lose power and It did it twice on the freeway. I took in my car to get it check it out and it ended up being that my BATTERY TERMINALS were LOOSE. The charge was $155.00 I told Martin I didn’t think it was fair that I had to pay $155.00 for them to fix their own problem, if my battery terminals were loose was due to them removing it to “clean it” he then asked their “MANAGER” Brian Lewey to step in. Brian is far from being a professional, clearly the guy doesn’t know how to treat a customer. I explained to Brian why I didn’t agree to pay the fee and he then started yelling at me and got furious saying I needed to pay and I was going to pay them. I did end up paying $155 to get my battery terminals tighten which were loosened by them. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY HONDA TO GET SERVICED BY THEM, I was also looking for 2020 Honda and I will NOT shop there ever again. You lost a customer for sure, I will also let my family and friends know what happened to me so they avoid shopping at DCH Honda of Oxnard. Thanks Brian Lewey you were the worst manager ever I don’t even know how you’re a manager but okay. More

Quick and Outstanding Service Today was my first time visiting DCH, and their service had exceeded my high expectation. Martin genuinely and effectively communicated everything tha Today was my first time visiting DCH, and their service had exceeded my high expectation. Martin genuinely and effectively communicated everything that I needed to know about the status and performance of my car. I went for the "Express Service" for Oil Change and they finished less than 45 minutes. Martin also detected the issue with my car's A/C system in which he took an immediate action and arranged an appointment. Overall, my first day experience in DCH was amazing. I definitely recommend everyone to get their service here! Thank you! More

Great Service, Professional Staff My CR-V has always been serviced by this dealer. They service as recommended by Honda so my car is always in tip-top shape. Before my appointment, I call ahead to get a quote for the recommended service. I recently compared their charges to another highly rated service station closer to me and they were about the same. Fortunately DHC Honda of Oxnard is very good about postal and emailing discount coupons for service, so I'm able to save some hard-earned cash. On my latest service visit, Martin checked for recalls on my vehicle and found an item that was in need of replacement - which was done gratis, of course. This after I'd just checked online with Honda USA and was informed that no recalls were issued on my car, so thanks to Martin for taking the time to check. They have a very customer-friendly service area with waiting room, free coffee and cookies; plus a courtesy shuttle if you need a ride. More

Dealership tries it's best to be accommodating. I have always been able to get an appointment for service with no problem. I live in Santa Paula and they can't give me a ride home, but they expedit I have always been able to get an appointment for service with no problem. I bought my car from DCH Oxnard in 2008 and brought it back to the service department for a delaminating paint issue. It turned out that Honda's warranty had already run out on the paint but the Service M back to the service department for a delaminating paint issue. It turned out that Honda's warranty had already run out on the paint but the Service Manager Stuart made some calls and was able to get it handled for me. The body shop mixed up some of the wiring in my car when they were replacing my hood and caused some electrical problems but Stuart had me bring it back in and comped me a rental vehicle while it got fixed. My car looks as good as new and I couldn't be more pleased with the way that the service was handled. DCH Oxnard's fair and reasonable handling of my car's issue has restored my faith in Dealer Service! I'll be bringing my car there for the upcoming maintenance. Thanks again guys. More
