A couple issues with our car surfaced immediately after the sale. Honda gave us a courtesy car for a couple weeks while things were made right with the audio/navigation system. It was not the purchase experience we were expecting and the excitement of a new (used) car turned into disappointment. Nick Dunlea, the General Manager, personally monitored the situation. After we got the car back, he went above and beyond what I ever expected and made up for the inconvenience and disappointment. I gave a 4 star rating because things didn't go well, but would recommend this dealership because I can trust them to stand behind what they sell and take care of the customer.
