I contacted the GM Ed Mathews and he did listen to my concerns and was able to offer me an amicable and reasonable resolution to my issue. He did not ignore me and did make me feel like he was going to take care of the issue and he did. He also assurred me they would take steps to improve that part of the service process in the future. The service department is always awesome and straightforward. Spoke with Clint in the service department and got immediate referral for towing services and follow up just as discussed. Unfortunately, it was time to make a decision...to trade in or not?!Anthony Huerta in Internet Sales was great to work with. Gave me all the information I requested and took his time with me. All questions were answered and no matter how late it got...he stuck it out. Given my situation...he worked with me and understood that even after a long evening I needed more time. His expertise in the area of Honda is incredible. He has tact and a great deal of charisma in dealing with people. We are certain to be speaking for others, when we say he is a wonderful asset to your enterprise. Undeniably, we would not be sitting in a brand new Honda now, if Ron Anthony had not been the Salesman. Our Civic was doing very well. But Ron made a wonderful tempting offer, we could not refuse, on the Accord. He is quite a blessing to anyone who meets him. Also, we would like to include Max Holden, in this review. His calmness and proficency with the paperwork was very commendable. We enjoyed how at ease he made us feel. Any time paperwork is to be completed, an automatic tenseness emerges. They are basically criminals in uniforms. They gave me a quote of over $500.00 of service needed on my Honda that was totally FALSE. You go in with a minor problem and leave with a major problem. I went down the road to another mechanic and he charged me NOTHING for the service. He said that someone had tampered with my car and that was the cause of the problem. DCH Honda of Oxnard service group was the last service group to work on my car before I took it in to a honest mechanic. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR SMILES AND PRETEND ADVICE.
