After hearing about my driving record he recommended a car with pedestrian detection and lane assist. He also knows that I love to eat while I drive, and when I say eat I don’t mean a milk shake in one hand and a burger in the other, I mean ribs dripping in sauce every day on my way to work in the morning with my trusty Mountain Dew by my side. He suggested that I get the leather seats because they are more resistant to stains and the rubber floor mats usually used for mud to catch my big gulp should it fall. He was absolutely right. I am happy that I got my dream car with this dealership, I was lucky to meet this young guy by name mr Martin at the entrance, he gave me a warm welcome, asked how can I help you I told him my mission, and I was lucky to meet this young guy by name mr Martin at the entrance, he gave me a warm welcome, asked how can I help you I told him my mission, and he took me in, from there, here we go, throughout the whole process that took about three hrs to end, me and Martin seem as if we have know each other for long time, he was friendly and professional. Again I meet Christopher the insurance guy, he was so good, he took time to explain everything about insurance to my to the language I understand. I appreciates all the staff , I will definitely bring my business back again to Toyota Marin. More
