Friendly, Helpful and QUICK! Service Department was friendly, helpful and honest regarding what was required to address my vehicle issue. The estimated resolution time was given, Service Department was friendly, helpful and honest regarding what was required to address my vehicle issue. Excellent oil change tire rotation and balance From the minute o got there I was treated with courtesy and respect. No pushy sales pitch to get you to do more service than you want. I was asked what Service I needed and they asked a few questions about my needs and wants. The gave me an estimate for time and completed task ahead of schedule. I will keep bringing my truck here. As if the superb service wasn’t enough it was pretty cheap. More

I Need A New Car Battery While heading home from lunch my Dodge Grand Caravan stalled. Fortunate I was able to get it started again. So I headed to Don Davis Dodge to have the While heading home from lunch my Dodge Grand Caravan stalled. Fortunate I was able to get it started again. So I headed to Don Davis Dodge to have the van checked out. It turns out that I needed a new car battery. The old battery was at least 6 years old. They also found two other things that needed to be taken care of. I was satisfied with the service that I got from Jo Wren of Don Davis Dodge. Last August 2017 I had a satisfied service from Mary Franco. I will go back again when I need too. More

Intitial poor service Had scheduled a 10:30 appt on line with Mary Franco. Upon arrival she was finishing up with another customer, but was notified that I was waiting. An Had scheduled a 10:30 appt on line with Mary Franco. Upon arrival she was finishing up with another customer, but was notified that I was waiting. Another service personnel entered her cubicle and a conversation ensued. After 10-15 minutes, I was informed that she was on the phone, the service personnel was still in her area. Shannon Buie told be she would be with me. After another five minutes, Mark Drexel noticed my dissatisfaction for waiting and started my service order. Eventually Mary came out and was with Mark for a few minutes before stating that Mark would continue with my order. She did not apologize for the wait. More
