I had to have routine servicing done on my new F150 on a Saturday due to not being able to bring it in durin Mary Jo and Josh are great to work with! I had to have routine servicing done on my new F150 on a Saturday due to not being able to bring it in during the work week. Although I wasn't expecting the service department to be able to complete a recall servicing on a Saturday, Josh and his team went above and beyond. They not only took care of the routine maintenance, but the recall servicing as well. Additionally, Josh had some great advice and information on how I could improve my gas mileage, which I really appreciated since the F150 can be a gas guzzler, especially when used for towing. Interstate Ford's service department is top notch and I will be back for future servicing, even though I bought my truck elsewhere. More

The service dept. is awsome. I went to Dacono Ford to get a new key programed. While there I told them there was a recall on my Truck. And Brighton Ford wants $190 dollars to chec I went to Dacono Ford to get a new key programed. While there I told them there was a recall on my Truck. And Brighton Ford wants $190 dollars to check my truck. to fix the recall. Dacono Ford checked out my truck for free and the recall will be done on monday for Free. They went above and beyond to help me. More
