I just had $9,000. 00 worth of work done. A couple hundred dollars worth of that I don’t recall authorizing but it probably needed to be done. You had the car for 2 1/ 00 worth of work done. You had the car for 2 1/2 days and I think it could have been done quicker since you had all the parts on hand. I wasn’t given a detailed breakdown of the work when I left and Matt had to get that and email it to me but otherwise you did a good job. More

I will never buy a Hyundai again. Hyundai denied my claim to repair (or take care of part of the repair) for white paint chipping on my 2015 Sonata. I know this was/is an issue with s Hyundai denied my claim to repair (or take care of part of the repair) for white paint chipping on my 2015 Sonata. I know this was/is an issue with some of the white Hyundai vehicles - They had paid 1/2 of the repair cost to have my hood and trunk repainted/fixed (2 and 3 years ago), but they are saying now that my car is out of warranty and won’t help me out on the paint that is chipping now on other parts of my car. I’m so embarrassed to drive around in my car - It looks absolutely Awful. I’ll also discourage anyone from ever buying a Hyundai. Cheap. *This review is not intended to diss the Tameron dealership. They have been nice. I’m talking about Hyundai in general. More

I was unable to get any information on the kind of damage (nail, wall blow out? ) to a rear tire on my Ioniq 5 (5000 miles) which I had I purchased only 8 days ago that made it irreparable. The outside wall and the tread seemed ok to me but no one would was able to give me even just an opinion which would help me understand why it likely happened and what I could avoid in the future. There are no bad road conditions that I have traveled on since in bought it. One person in finance said "roads in Birmingham !!). This was my first encounter with the service department at Tameron and it was not favorable. Not having a tire in stock and having to wait a day suggests that this issue not a common event. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, John More
