Live in California Type R from Massachusetts. First of all let me say that purchasing a car from another state is not as easy as it used to be, not from Massachusetts anyhow. I was working in Conn First of all let me say that purchasing a car from another state is not as easy as it used to be, not from Massachusetts anyhow. I was working in Connecticut and decided to try and find a Type R, knowing that my job was soon finishing up and the dealers in California are ridiculous about the marking up on the Type R. So after calling a few dealerships none could really even give me a date that they would have one but they all were promising no more than sticker price just come and put a deposit on one so no one can buy it. I’ve heard some bad stories about that route too. So I emailed Matt Barth at Lundgren Honda Auburn Massachusetts and asked him about a Type R. He gave me a out the door price with a couple weeks until arival it wasn’t the color I wanted which was the grey one it was Red. I drove an hour and a half and paid them for the car then it became difficult because Massachusetts doesn’t give temporary tags so I could drive it home. And since I don’t live in Massachusetts they wouldn’t register the car with out a permanent mailing address and I had to get insurance in Massachusetts with a real address for registration also. My dear friend Lydia Krog was with me through the whole thing couldn’t have asked for any more than she did the whole way through. Some times I seriously almost gave up but her super attitude and (I know she had to put a lot of business on hold to get me through it) we were able to get it done and I am super pleased with the outcome. And this Beautiful Red Type R is way more fun than anything I’ve ever drove. Wonderful car buying experience even with all the out of state difficulty. Thank you Lundgren Honda of Auburn Massachusetts and especially My Friend Lydia Krog you are the BEST. If anyone wants a Type R or any other Honda then I wouldn’t even hesitate these people are great..... Edward (So Cal) More

Overall, very good experience This dealership prices its cars using TruCars, Kelly Blue Book & NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) as resources to set what they call a " This dealership prices its cars using TruCars, Kelly Blue Book & NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) as resources to set what they call a "fair market price" (translation: no negotiation). Having searched the market for what I was looking for in a used car & price, I found the price at Lundgren Honda of Auburn to be spot-on and the car was in great condition. All of the staff were professional & courteous. My only disappointment was the trade-in value offered for my car. Even though I had NADA documentation to support my asking price, the sales manager undervalued my car. That was the only blemish on my experience. My salesperson, Fraser Moss, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He scored a 5! I do recommend this dealership over others I have used in the past. However, do your homework so you know the market value of the car you want to buy as well as the value of your trade-in. Bring your supporting documentation. Be as firm on your trade-in price as the dealership is on its sale price. More

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! We were shopping around to buy a Honda Pilot. My husband s in the military, so we register our cars in FL. Matt Barth emailed me a great price that we locked in. Even though we live 1.5 hours away, we decided to go through Lundgren Honda. Fraser Moss didn't pressure us at all to buy a different model and made the process really simple. Financing our vehicle through Honda was really quick thanks to the help of Bryan Turney. We were able to drive away in our new car that day. We're reall happy with the whole experience! More
