He is a mechanical en My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan INFINITI QX60 fully loaded. My husband is obsessive compulsive with details. He is a mechanical engineer by trade, currently working with medical products. He also grew up around and previously managed an auto mechanic shop. Anytime we make a large purchase, such as a car, he meticulously researches it until he finds exactly what he is looking for and at the price he is willing to pay. He found our car at CarMax in Westborough. A few weeks into driving our new car, I started to hear a strange, recurring noise upon acceleration. Thus, began our relationship with Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough. I want you to know about our experience because it was truly unexpected and astonishing! There were many things that impressed us. The car drop-off procedure was simple and fast. Everyone I came in contact with (Matt, Sam, and Ian mostly) was courteous and professional. The loaner they gave me was comparable if not better than my car as it was a brand new QX60. At one point, I had it for 3 ½ weeks. They even allowed us to use it for our vacation to New Hampshire. My car was still in the shop and we needed the space to drive with six of us plus a weeks’ worth of vacation packing. We really put that car to the test! One of the most amazing aspects of the service I experienced was that the service technician, Will, took several drives with me before, during, and after all the work was done to be sure we were hearing/not hearing the same sound. He listened patiently while I tried to explain what was going on with the car. He also took the time to explain to me what they did to the car and why. I know how busy he is there so I really appreciated his time. Initially we worked with Matt Demers for some other smaller warrantied issues. When we came back for the sound issue, we worked with Sam Young. Both of these gentlemen were exceptional. They were professional and pleasant, no matter how busy they were at the time. They had a lot of patience with my husband as there were many phone conversations about the work that needed to be done and my husband can be quite particular about things. He is not a man who is easily impressed but these two really won him over! As for the sound issue, the technician switched out every part he could that was relevant to the noise to no avail. Everything was covered under warranty. He switched out the differential twice thinking that the first one may have been damaged on delivery. Still the noise was there. At this point he could have sent us on our way or started changing parts that would cost us money, but he didn’t. We really felt like he wanted to solve this problem as much as we wanted him to solve it. The final trick that did it for us was that Sam called and said he received authorization to replace the transmission, again all under warranty. That is quite an expensive job but well worth it as that was the solution to the problem! A few days later I picked up the car and it was as good as new! Any dealership can offer coffee and pastries and free wifi while you wait, but it’s the care given, the service, and the person to person relationships, that develop the trust that keeps us coming back. This group has absolutely earned our trust. We won’t be going anywhere else to have our car serviced. And we will share our experience with everyone we can! One last note…Because of this experience, my husband, an avid Audi fan who drives an Audi A4, is looking at an INFINITI for his next car. 😊 More

I have purchased two vehicles from Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough. The sales process was easy and the team has gone out of their way to make it a great experience. I have never felt pressured and have always walked away feeling as though I had been treated fairly; price, process, contracts, and followup. The dealership also services my cars and the service department is focused on the customer experience from booking your appointment to getting you back into your car. They are always great about explaining to me what needs to be done and providing a time estimate. In those rare occasions I have had to leave my care they have always had a loaner waiting for me. More

Beyond expectations on Certified used G37x coupe My wife and I traded our 2009 g37x coupe for the exact same model a few years newer with a lot less miles. We ended up seeing a 2013 certified coupe a My wife and I traded our 2009 g37x coupe for the exact same model a few years newer with a lot less miles. We ended up seeing a 2013 certified coupe at Herb Chambers on autotrader.com at a price that was lower than other similar vehicles that did not include certification or even a carfax in some cases. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by Sy Smit, our salesperson. He has a great sense of humor and was really on the ball. He had us watch a somewhat boring video about certified vehicles and gave us a great breakdown about what Herb Chambers does in terms of standing behind their vehicles. He hung in with us through trade-in negotiation, price negotiation, financing and even transferring things into our new vehicle. It seemed like we had an ally on the inside with Sy. He has also been in touch since then and is incredibly friendly. I want to also say that the used car manager, Anthony, has been amazing to deal with. There was one minor thing we had asked them to check out after we purchased the vehicle that we thought may need adjustment on our door. Not ony did they fix the issue but they checked over the entire vehicle and made some other adjustments that went above and beyond normal service. They detailed the car and were awesome abot giving us a loaner to grab some breakfast while they worked on the vehicle. I have purchased about a dozen cars in my life and tried many different service centers. I have never been as impressed as I was with Sy Smit, Christian in finance, Anthony and John in management and the whole crew in service who are amazingly professional, courteous and clean (they even wear white lab coats on service intake, it's cheesy but gives you the sense of over the top care when it comes to the customers perception and satisfaction). We will continue to buy our cars from Sy and Herb Chambers Infiniti and recommend that anyone interested in over the top, old fashioned customer service with great pricing and care do the same. More

I worked with Jonathan Stanhope and he took the time to listen to my requirements and my nice to haves and made the appropriate recommendations. Easy, no high pressure sales tactics... the easiest negotiation process I have ever encountered. The service is outstanding and if there is ever an issue or a concern they are quick to respond to ensure whatever issues arise are dealt with quickly and appropriately. Matt's team identified the pro I would like to say Thank you to Matt and his team! I had scheduled my G35x to be evaluated for a leaking windshield. Matt's team identified the problem and as the repair would take a few days, he allowed me the opportunity to use a 2014 Q50 as a loaner vehicle. I am very appreciative to him for letting me use the Q50. The car was in mint condition and was excellent! As I do not have many issues w/ my current vehicle, it is nice to know that we can rely on such great customer service at this dealership.
