The staff onsite is above and beyond on the aspect of my personal satisfaction. They took time and effort to meet my needs and never blinked at any request I asked of. Horrible Service I scheduled a service for my vehicle because the engine light came on and requested a loaner. I am coming from DC to SIlver Springs which is a 20 mile I scheduled a service for my vehicle because the engine light came on and requested a loaner. I am coming from DC to SIlver Springs which is a 20 mile drive. I arrive to drop off the vehicle and I am told there are no loaners or courtesy van. I am told I could come back in the afternoon to drop off my car because more than likely there will be loaner cars available. I am working and don’t have the luxury to take time off in the middle of the day on a whim. Not to mention that would be 80 miles put on my car for this servicing and I don’t put 80 miles on my car in a week. It doesn’t take much to call clients that there are no more loaners for the day to save everyone a headache. It would also be very easy to know how many cars are available for loan and when all of the loaners are requested, no longer allow clients to request a loaner on the website. This could have saved me 40 miles on my car and gas. Absolutely a horrible way to treat paying customers especially for a luxury vehicle such as a BMW. I will never take my car to BMW of Silver Spring for anything. More
