Matt Frier at Audi North Atlanta

Went in to test drive an A4 and A6 as I had been eyeing both for several months. Experience was great. Worked with both Rod and Matt. They worked with me to give me a very, very, very good deal on a lease. Absolutely went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted at a price I could afford. Great experience.

Although this dealer is a 45 minute drive and further than other Audi dealers in my city, I'd drive past the others to get to this one.

Steve Blalock and Matt Frier provided excellent instruction on the many technical aspects of using the Audi Q 5 features to their fullest potential. They demonstrated first hand just how smart and customized this car can be and how it can revolutionize the driving experience!
They were courteous, patient, detailed, and gave excellent customer service. We look forward to working with this dealership in the future.
The negotiating of price was sensible and backed by current online information from various sources. The trade-in process was also explained concisely.
I am looking forward to enjoying my new car and happy with my choice.

This review is very late in coming and to Matt Frier I owe an apology for that.
He is honest, straightforward, responsive and goes 'the extra mile' to make the customer feel confident in making a purchase long distance of a rare and expensive automobile-sight unseen.
I purchased a limited production 2008 Audi RS4 over the phone--sight unseen-- from Matt within 36 hours of when the car was first listed on Autotrader without photos in April 2012.
I believe it was posted on a Friday and the deal was finalized on Saturday after Matt took extensive photos of the car, provided service history, and responded to all my incessant questions about the car.
He was a fair negotiator, and we came to a deal in one quick phone call.
Once the car was delivered by enclosed transport, it was everything Matt said it would be and more.
Having purchased many unique cars 'sight unseen', you put your trust in the seller, whether it is a dealership or a private seller. My experience with Matt, from intial contact through handling of transport exceeded my expectations. He is a credit to the dealership and I heartily recommend him, especially to anyone, like me, who may be purchasing a new or previously owned car 'long distance'.

I emailed Matt Frier at Audi of North Atlanta several months back inquiring about 2013 S4. Last week I decided to stop by and see what they had. I asked for Matt as I spoke to him before but it’s been few months back and the reason why is because he knew about cars and didn't do typical sales pitch and trying to sell me the car. When I spoke to Matt about what I wanted to get he understood and never tried to push me into any car. I looked at used and new S4. I spent almost 9 hours at the dealer and ended up going with a new car. Even though the finance people could learn few things so they can answer questions that customers have instead of just saying those are the numbers and not being able to explain it. At the end Matt (who is not the finance person) managed to explain the numbers. . Matt knows about Audis and it was easy to talk to him from one Audi enthusiast to another. I ended up buying the car and I would buy another Audi from Matt any time!

From the first email I submitted, to the delivery of our car, Matt Frier was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. Our communication ranged from email, texting, and telephone. After agreeing on the car and price, my husband and I flew to Atlanta. Matt met us at the airport and assisted us in some necessary banking in Atlanta. After seeing our beautiful new Audi tt Roadster in person, we entered the Audi North Atlanta Dealership to sign papers in order to take possession of our car. Rene in the Finance Department was professional and very helpful. We were certainly excited about our new car, bur we were also very impressed with the solid information and professionalism we received from Matt Frier. He certainly made our trip to Audi North Atlanta worthwhile! Everyone we met at the dealership, was friendly and courteous. The drive back to Illinois was a great trip in our new roadster, and we would certainly recommend Matt Frier and Audi North Atlanta as a great place to buy a car!

MAtt was very informed on the Audi line of vehicles and worked with me on my trade-in and offered a fair price on the car I purchased. When the second set of keys were no where to be found he quickly order another set and had them to me in a couple of days. Matt is a very good sales person and a asset to Audi and Audi NOrth Atlanta

I stopped by to look at an A3 and met Joseph Williams after having communicated by email with Matt Frier. Joseph was excellent: relaxed, friendly, pleasant, and straight-forward. I told him what I was interested, and he got me a key. He had a customer at the time, so he simply told me to take the car for a drive to see how I liked it. It was that simple.

Our negotiations were easy, friendly, and handled with great care and professionalism. There were none of the games some dealers play. Everything was was open and honest throughout the process.

My wife should be ready for a new car in about a year. We will be certain to talk to Joseph again.

Many people believe buying a preowned car from a franchise dealer is more expensive, but this is not the case with Audi North Atlanta. I purchased my vehicle from them at a price I could not obtain from either a private individual or independent used car dealer.

I've worked both in and around the dealer environment for nearly 20 years, and Audi North Atlanta is one of the classiest, most professional dealers I've encountered. Joe Williams went above and beyond the "normal" call of duty to insure that my experience went smoothly. Having flown in from out of state, Joe graciously provided local, personal transportation to the dealership once I arrived.

The sales manager, Greg Townsend, made it a point to come over, introduce himself, and thank me for my business. While this is not a unique event, it is extremely rare. I appreciated that he took the time to personally come over and visit with me.

Once on the road to return home, I texted Joe to inquire about adjusting a specific feature. Both Joe and Matt Frier went to great lengths to get me the answers I needed and promptly responded, again demonstrating their commitment to excellence.

In short, I would most definitely recommend Audi North Atlanta. They exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Audi North Atlanta was great. Matt Frier did an incredible job from start to finish. He really went above and beyond to make the purchase of my new Audi as easy and painless as possible, especially since I live in California. He always kept me updated of where things were at on their end. In addition, he was patient in working with me, for being out of state slowed things down a bit on my end.

I highly recommend not only Audi North Atlanta but also Matt Frier. Even if you are from out of state, Audi North Atlanta is able to execute flawlessly.

Matt was referred to us by my wife's hairdresser, who he recently helped purchase a BMW. We first wanted to look at used BMW 3 series and Matt arranged to have one driven over from Nalley's BMW dealership in Decatur. After test driving it I felt it was a bit too small inside for my taste so Matt started telling us about the Audi A4 and how it was slightly larger than the 3 series. He didn't have any used ones on the lot that day, but within 2 or 3 days he called us to tell us he just took in a 2009 as a trade in. They had not even had a chance to certify it or detail it yet but he was so impressed by the condition of the car that he called us immediately, knowing we would love it. The car had one owner and was very well cared for. The next day we went over to drive it and had no doubt it was the car for us. After it got inspected they gave us the price and thought it was very fair for it's excellent condition.

Before this experience we had never considered buying an Audi and didn't know much about them. Now we may be Audi owners for life. It's a great car, a great dealer, and Matt's knowledge and laid back demeanor helped make this the most comfortable car buying experience we've had to date.
