Matt was great. He was quick, professional and courteous. On the other hand, I had a less than stellar interaction with another employee trying to sell paint protection and weathertech floor mats. My experience started out a little shaky with the first salesperson I was dealing with. But because he didn’t have time for me, along came Steve Walker and Matt to save the day! This is my second experience with Ricart this year. First was for my granddaughter who purchased her first car and second was for me. Ricart went to the fences with both of us in finding a car and then with was for my granddaughter who purchased her first car and second was for me. Well with not so good credit I spent a better part of 5 hours up there and never felt like I was being pushed out or pressured into anything. Great sales person and finance staff.
