We actually agreed on a price online before even stepping foot in the building. When we arrived to test drive and sign, there were zero surprises—the price we discussed was the price on the paper. Matt was phenomenal; he was upfront, honest, and didn't try to push any "hidden fees" or additional items we didn't ask for. It was the smoothest, most haggle-free transaction I’ve ever been a part of. We worked with Jack in the finance department, who was incredibly organized and thorough. A major highlight for us was that we brought our own outside financing. In my experience, this is usually where dealerships try to pressure you to switch, but Jack was a total pro. He respected our choice and didn't try to change our minds, which we deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a dealership that values your time and honors their word, go to Premier Subaru. Bait and switch! After salesman confirms an ad saying that car was at the delarship to find it’s not. Then after speaking with the sales manager who originally seemed helpful states they made a mistake and can’t even honor the deal they offered on the previous day. No integrity! More

Subarus have excellent resale value, so we eventually decided to buy a new car (one of the remaining models from the last year) rather than used. We negotiated about the final price a bit, and in the end it felt like a win-win for both us and the guys who worked with us. Also: we toured their service department, since we'll be coming their for maintenance. I have to say, their garage is the cleanest I have ever seen. Very impressive. More
