Bait and switch! After salesman confirms an ad saying that car was at the delarship to find it’s not. Then after speaking with the sales manager who originally seemed helpful states they made a mistake and can’t even honor the deal they offered on the previous day. No integrity! More

Subarus have excellent resale value, so we eventually decided to buy a new car (one of the remaining models from the last year) rather than used. We negotiated about the final price a bit, and in the end it felt like a win-win for both us and the guys who worked with us. Also: we toured their service department, since we'll be coming their for maintenance. I have to say, their garage is the cleanest I have ever seen. Very impressive. More
