I have purchased 10 cars in the past 10 years. I have never had such a disrespectful interaction on a potential trade. The manager tried to tell me that he would not pay above the bottom of the Ke I have never had such a disrespectful interaction on a potential trade. The manager tried to tell me that he would not pay above the bottom of the Kelley blue book, ‘good’ rating on a car that is less than three years old, has less than 50,000 miles on it, and legitimately is in ‘very good’ condition. He tried to tell me that my car needed new tires. Those tires were replaced 4 months ago. And, I am a return customer. I will not return ever again. More

I’ve purchased my last three cars from Sears and have been very happy. I thought I needed to change it up, try something different, but ended up right back at Sears with Matt Mahoney.
