it was ok after a few repairs Good morning , I just wanted to say that Roky is truly a gentleman and a Good concerned salesman ! I came in to get a small pickup truck ,that did Good morning , I just wanted to say that Roky is truly a gentleman and a Good concerned salesman ! I came in to get a small pickup truck ,that didn't work out and left with a used ford edge. it had a few problems and Rocky had the service dept. schedule service. so my goal is to get a truck ! So maybe Rocky can make it happen hopefully. More

I took my car to Pacifico Ford because my check engine light was on. Matt from service took care of me. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. As many times I went to Pacifico Ford for service, this light was on. Matt from service took care of me. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. As many times I went to Pacifico Ford for service, this was the best experience. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. He even walked me to the cashier when I was done. I was very satisfied with the service today. More
