Great experience as usual. Brand new truck wasn't blowing cold air during a heat wave streak of 100° temps. We ordered a new Explorer knowing that it would take some time considering supply chain issues and such. The folks at Rob Sight were very honest about the time it would take and did a great job keeping us up time considering supply chain issues and such. We finished the paperwork today and they did a great job explaining the documents and what options we had. We have bought many cars over the last 30 years and this may have been the easiest, no pressure process of them all. I won’t buy a Ford anywhere else. More
