Our 2023 CRV Hybrid developed a steering issue within 3 months of being new (May '23). We are now being told that the replacement part is not available until September 2024. The issue continues to worse months of being new (May '23). We are now being told that the replacement part is not available until September 2024. The issue continues to worsen, making the vehicle dangerous to drive under certain circumstances, and yet the dealership offers no solution other than to wait for the part. I don't even receive updates from the dealership about this. It has been up to me to contact them to get any new information. I can't recommend this vehicle and I certainly can't recommend this dealership. More

Our initial lease experience was pretty good - great salesman and a nice price, in spite of a unprofessional experience with the finance crew. The real issue has been since then. Our brand new CRV Sport developed a steering issue that is, at best, a huge annoyance and at worst, a danger if you are navigating heavy traffic. We are being told that a replacement part is not available until September (over 1 year after the problem started) and the dealership nor American Honda Motors are willing to offer any other solution. In fact, unless I contact them, we don't even get updates. The problem continues to worsen and yet we have no other option but to continue driving the vehicle, even as it poses a safety risk. More

Matt is such a helpful and nice person who helped me with a tire issue. I was driving home on an 8 hour drive and my tire was losing air. I stopped at this Honda dealership and he couldn’t have been nicer. E a tire issue. I was driving home on an 8 hour drive and my tire was losing air. I stopped at this Honda dealership and he couldn’t have been nicer. Even though I was driving a Ford truck he was happy to troubleshoot and see if I had a nail in the tire and was willing to fix it for free. He first spent time looking at it and diagnosing whether there was a nail and then offered to put it on the lift since he couldn’t find anything. They fit me in quickly and diagnosed a bent rim problem. He filled up all my tires and reassured me that I could finish my long drive home and just continue to fill it with air. I can’t tell you how thankful I was to pull into this dealership and be treated so well. Everyone there was friendly and willing to help. Even after all the time he spent he didn’t charge me a thing. Matt, thank you again for all your help and time! You went above and beyond! More
