At first I was slightly nervous about getting a car due to knowing my credit was lousy. I especially was shocked that we got a 2014 Toyota Corolla. But what I thought was awesome is the kindness he showed us and treated with respect. He went as far as brought the car to the front and drove the trade in from our house to the dealership. Who does that?! I am such in awe and wonder of the customer service we received from him. God bless him always. That company should feel blessed and honor to have him as a employee there. She gave us clear, concise answers on how to fill out an application and what to expect. I filled it out and she immediately notified my husband and I of our credit. We made an appointment. Met with Anna, who then directed us to Matt Anderson. Matt was wonderful in directing us on the Rav4, what kind of models there are, what colors are available and so on. My husband was particular on the exact amount we would be paying monthly and Matt was upfront and honest on what it would be. He was extremely helpful, in all areas. We test drove the car. Matt was very knowledgeable on the car, all its features and so on. I was very impressed. He was also incredibly friendly, asked my husband and I about our family, what our daughters name is, and so on. I found him to be very personal and down to earth. Thank you Matt! The smiling face of Matt Anderson welcomed us at the door on a cold Saturday afternoon. It was the third stop with no promise of success. Matt listened to our needs, went over the available vehicles, and the on a cold Saturday afternoon. It was the third stop with no promise of success.
