Lease new vehicle & Service 2 vehicles Fantastic salesman and staff at this dealership! Even though there was quite a delay in getting my new vehicle (circumstantial; no fault of anyone in Fantastic salesman and staff at this dealership! Even though there was quite a delay in getting my new vehicle (circumstantial; no fault of anyone in particular), I would still recommend this dealership and my salesman, Vincent Epping! I also had an opportunity to have an appointment with the Service Department at this location and was thoroughly impressed with not only the staff in the Service Department, but the quickness/swiftness of service that was done and the attention to detail. As long as I have a vehicle that qualifies for service at this dealership, I will always bring them for service here! So much that I recommended and had my husband change his vehicle's service location and he has since made a service appointment here. The quality of service and the length of time of the service being done is leaps and bounds better than the other Bob Johnson (Chevy) location. More

Still waiting. When we purchased the vehicle we were told that any work that would be done at the dealership we would be given a courtesy vehicle to take with us, w When we purchased the vehicle we were told that any work that would be done at the dealership we would be given a courtesy vehicle to take with us, which was a big motivation in going with your company. Since that time trying to get a courtesy vehicle has been problematic almost every single time. Each time I make an appointment, they search for a reason not to provide us with the courtesy vehicle. The service department will look for every reason not to accommodate this agreement. In the past they have made me go back in my file to tell them who the salesman was, I have showed up for a scheduled service and they have told me one isn’t available, they have made me wait up to 2 weeks for an oil change due to not having a courtesy vehicle available, but the best was this last visit. Now keep in mind I was told once the dealership what purchased by bob Johnson this would no longer be an issue because Bob Johnson had several vehicles available. I called to schedule an appointment with a courtesy Vehicle. I scheduled the appointment then was transferred to the gmc location at which time I was told she couldn’t guarantee a car would be available I explained I would reschedule she stated it is the same everyday but anticipated they would have one. I explained I need to have one available for me at which point she instructed me to call at 7 AM to make sure one would be there for my 730 appointment. As I’m sure you are aware fortunately I was not that your service department does not even open until 7:30 AM so her directive to begin calling at seven was deceitful. I get there only to be told there was one not available, they eventually told me they had a full size pick up truck for me. I explained that would not work as I had to take my 80 year old father on a medical appointment. The service center worker stated he would call me when one came in .... I’m still waiting. More

Accommodating Service I had a problem with my break system, brought it once without and appointment and they had no problem fitting me in and did what they had to. The bre I had a problem with my break system, brought it once without and appointment and they had no problem fitting me in and did what they had to. The break system was fine for a few days but returned. So, I again brought it in on the spur of the moment and again they fit me in. This time they accessed the problem and it was going to take sometime and so they shuttled me home. They called me at home and said that a part was needed and they had to get it. Laster that day they called said the part just arrived and it was going to take sometime and would not finish that day. They said they could have a shuttle pick me up and I could keep my car but I said just keep it until done, I was good with that. I did not see me being picked up and keep my car home that night just to have to bring it in the morning. That being said they stayed in touch with me and called when it was done and I was out so my neighbor dropped me off, I got my vehicle and job well done. So, satisfied I am and have been on several other occasions if you read my past reviews. Bill Snacki I should also state that Scott is a good representative of your dealership and he stayed in touch with me through the completion. More

Quick Service Everything was ready at my appointment time. Right on time, inspection was complete and service was friendly. Wasn't sure about a previous service I had done so they checked it for me and I found out that what I wasn't sure of was done - was done. Thanks for the extra time they took to check that out for me. Will definitely go back here again for service. More
