Charles Allen and Matt Needle gave me exceptional service. Excellent service!! Very knowledgeable with Volvo. Not once did I feel that they were being pushy, aggressive, or trying to pressure me into service. Excellent service!! Very knowledgeable with Volvo. This dealership is the BEST Volvo dealership! !! I literally drive right pass another Volvo dealer in my town where I live, drive 1/2 hour on the highway, to go to Schumacher. Everyone there is a !! I literally drive right pass another Volvo dealer in my town where I live, drive 1/2 hour on the highway, to go to Schumacher. Everyone there is always so kind and helpful! Christian & Alex in the service department treat me like their favorite customer. Matthew Needle in sales was so helpful and just sold me my electric car! Everyone here is the best!!! Thanks for taking such good care of me for all these years! More

I was visiting family in the area and decided to spend a day car shopping in West Palm. Knowing I wanted a 3 row SUV I went to several luxury car dealerships but it was Matt Needle @ Schumacher Volvo that day car shopping in West Palm. Knowing I wanted a 3 row SUV I went to several luxury car dealerships but it was Matt Needle @ Schumacher Volvo that sold me on the Volvo. Undetered that I was from out of state, he spent a lot of time with me covering all of the features and benefits, answered ALL of my questions (and there were a lot), reviewed the best options for what I was looking for, let me take it out for a test drive and followed up a few days later. I came home and shopped several other Volvo dealers in my hometown but it was Matt who ultimately sold me my car. He is knowledgeable about many car models (good for comparison shopping), but an expert with the Volvo product line, was always available to answer my questions and patiently walked me through all of the 2023 options before they were made public. He worked hard to earn my business. While I anticipate I will keep this car for a long time - if I am ever in the market for another Volvo - Matt will be my salesperson! More

When Matt initially showed me the car I just knew it was the one! He did everything he could possibly do to make it happen! Matt was always available to answer any questions after I drove it. Matt Needle and Joel Capaz went over and above exceeding our expectations. My husband and I visited the dealership to service our 2020 Volvo XC40 T5, with no intention of upgrading to a newer model. While w our expectations. My husband and I visited the dealership to service our 2020 Volvo XC40 T5, with no intention of upgrading to a newer model. While we were waiting, Joel, who was the initial salesperson, and Matt were asked several questions about the 2023 Volvo XC40 B4 model that was in the showroom. After speaking to them and completing a short test drive, the decision was easy for us to upgrade to the newer model. They were both courteous, professional and knowledgeable regarding the Volvo brand. Everyone that we met in the dealership including Richie, Erick, Brett, and Denny were courteous, friendly and polite. Please convey our Kudos to everyone listed. Thanks More
