I bought a brand new rx350 at North Miami Lexus until 2 months later while it was in the process of renewing the vehicle registration when I realized that my car is not registered with the Florida DMV. In months later while it was in the process of renewing the vehicle registration when I realized that my car is not registered with the Florida DMV. In short, the DMV online registration said that my car registration is invalid. It was a nasty surprise considering that I could have been stopped any time by a law enforcement officer with invalid registration. So I called Lexus of North Miami, hoping I would find someone to fix the problem. It's been four days, and I still cannot help. At one point, a front desk person told me, " Why don't you come to the dealer to fix the problem because no one was here. I am still waiting for someone to call as I am writing this comment. Shame on you, Lexus of North Miami - Your customer service is nonexistent. More

I'm totally disappointed in the correspondence between Matthew silva and I. I asked specifically about the credit for a new purchase he said there wasn't any. My wonderful experience at Lexus should be credited to Maria. This was my first encounter with Maria. She is very knowledgeable about the product that she is selling and is great T determining her client’s wants and needs. She was great at helping me to figure out what was truly best for me.
