This was a really awful experience from the beginning. If it weren't for the car itself being what I wanted, I would have walked. And even then, I really wanted to. Specifically, the dealership is 45 min If it weren't for the car itself being what I wanted, I would have walked. And even then, I really wanted to. Specifically, the dealership is 45 minutes away. We asked, not for a car to be held, but just to let us know if it sells. An employee named Chloe said Justin would communicate with us. Apparently, the car was sold on a Saturday, and when we arrived for our Sunday afternoon appointment, it was gone, with no message. When there was another car there to look at to attempt to make the trip worth it, I was lied to repeatedly. I was told I didn't need to buy a care package. Then I was told I need to for some reason. Finally, since the title wasn't there, Josh told me it had been shipped, and I would likely be able to pick up the car on Monday or Tuesday after work. Worst case, they would get a copy overnight shipped. He said if someone needed to stay late, they would. Turns out I had to be the one to reach out on THURSDAY, asking if the title was in. When I asked if I was able to pick the car up on Friday after work, they said their latest appointment was 5, while I was still working. It took going to management to finally get my car delivered. Even that was a nightmare as I told them I was in a meeting at 11-12 and of course, they called at 11:30 while I was in a meeting. Oh ya, and they said it would arrive at noon. They didn't even leave the dealership until close to 2pm. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop here. They will say anything to get you to buy, and once you agree, they treat you like dirt. More

Our vehicle was dropped off with documentation,( including name, address, phone #) explaining the pre-approved repair request from the sales agreement, @ the service dept on Thursday Nov 13th. After including name, address, phone #) explaining the pre-approved repair request from the sales agreement, @ the service dept on Thursday Nov 13th. After 1 1/2 wks with no communication from Kenny Ross, we assumed the repairs were in process. On Tuesday Nov 25th we made multiple calls and were informed each time someone would get back in touch with us. Eventually, our sales person phoned and stated the car was ready for pick up. during this discussion it was determined that only 1 of the 2 requested repairs were completed. When asked about the reason it was not done... we were informed it would not be repaired due to cost. " This was in writing on our sales agreement," . After a renewal of information documented we were informed that it would be taken care of and they would get back with us. The next day, Thanksgiving Eve, we received a call stating the car was ready for pick up. When we arrived, only one of the two items were repaired. This was over an hour drive and after a long day of work. The service associate (very nice) escorted us to a service desk where 2 other associates were on their phones. The gentleman's first comment was .."It's not going to be taken care of tonight", but offered no solution or concern to have it resolved. We informed him that Lauren has given the information everything would be handled and asked to speak with her. The Gentleman stated 'I'm not going to bother her at home with her family". We informed him we had driven for over an hour to pick up a vehicle we were informed was ready for pick up, but again was not complete. When the gentleman asked, "So, What should we do?" without providing any options, it became clear he was unwilling to take ownership of the situation, During this time , the young lady beside him made a very unprofessional comment, "You think they are going to call in a painter tonight?" Her tone and expression were dismissive and unnecessary. In a controlled manner she was asked, Really?, That's Professional. I Bet you wish you didn't say that? And she did remark, yes. We did speak with a manager that night, drove home without our vehicle, we were promised the situation would be resolved and everything would be repaired. When the car was completed (according to their standards) we received a call stating the car would be delivered . AGAIN.. it looks worse now than when we dropped it off. It looks like someone took nail polish to the site, We have had phone calls and emails with detailed information of events. We have held off on our review hoping that Kenny Ross would do the right thing. NONE of this happened. I guess I can say, yes we had the tail light fixed but, honestly, we could have done that ourselves. The lack of communication as well as the unprofessional behavior of the two associates on site has set the bar very low for Kenny Ross. The two associates who set this ball rolling should have #1 apologized and taken the step to state.... No one is in this evening, but I personally will get this resolved the first thing Friday morning and contact you immediately.#2 Stand, Make Eye Contact and Acknowledge there has been a mistake. Working in the public does not give you the right to display your own sarcasm. Place yourself in the others shoes. Then also watching the persons throw others under the bus was the icing on the cake, We know our mistake was letting them deliver the vehicle, once it left their lot it would not be resolved and they really did not care at that point. I suggest everyone to read thru this to protect yourselves. More
