We are extremely apologetic for the series of failures you experienced during your time with us. The lack of communication and follow-up was completely unacceptable and is certainly not representative of how we strive to conduct business. We are also very disappointed to learn that after traveling to pick up your vehicle—only to be informed that it was not ready—you were then treated dismissively by the employees from whom you sought a resolution. While this does not change the experience you had, please know that this conduct has been addressed directly with the two employees involved, and such behavior is not tolerated. Regarding the clearcoat repair, upon Lauren’s return to work the following day, we learned that the vendor had in fact completed the repair before your arrival. However, because this repair is intended only to seal and protect the paint from further exposure, it is often nearly impossible to discern a visible before-and-after difference. As a result, our service team mistakenly believed the repair had not yet been completed. Given your dissatisfaction with the results, this was obviously not adequately explained to you upon the second application and subsequent delivery of the vehicle. To improve the cosmetic appearance of the affected area, the only option would be to repaint it. As a gesture of good faith (and our sincere apology for your entire experience) we would like to offer our assistance with a more comprehensive repair, either by using our vendor or by arranging the repair with another business closer to your home.
