The pre order process was easy. Adam and Maurice were both good at communicating updates. Once the car was delivered it took about 2 hours for the paperwork. If you don’t need a car the pre order is a great way to go. More

There were a few hiccups in the ordering process for the Ford Maverick that I orders. The final one was that the price protection that I was told I would get didn't attach to the order. Maurice worked har Ford Maverick that I orders. The final one was that the price protection that I was told I would get didn't attach to the order. Maurice worked hard to figure out what the problem was, and eventually got it all solved. I might say that the easiest part of the whole transaction was dealing with Aydin in the finance office. He knew his stuff, and once the file was put on his desk, we were out of there in a hurry. More

I can’t believe CustomerService and the feeling of being family is still around. Puente Hills Ford was so amazing. Everybody was friendly and you felt like you were part of the family.
