Due to the chip shortage and lack of cars on the lot, I decided to order my car which wasn’t an issue because the process was smooth and easy. It did take a while for the car to come in but I was ok with b decided to order my car which wasn’t an issue because the process was smooth and easy. It did take a while for the car to come in but I was ok with being patient. When the car arrived, the process again was smooth and quick. The car did come back from the manufacturer with the incorrect rims but the staff at Mercedes quickly corrected it and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing another Mercedes in the future from Silver Spring. More

I have Never had the experience I’ve had with my sales rep Percy and the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs. After I purchase my vehicle Percy followed up with me he made every effort to make rep Percy and the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs. After I purchase my vehicle Percy followed up with me he made every effort to make sure I was satisfied he went beyond the call of duty and was genuinely concerned about my happiness and satisfaction I have purchased other Mercedes from different locations that Percy made me feel like a valued customer and for that I will continue to be a Mercedes owner forever, I was previously a Lexus owner nothing, against Lexus car however to me service means everything, However customer satisfaction means more, trust me I have given Percy/ Mercedes many challenges and they have exceeded my expectations. I have also communicated with the general sales manager Keith Nichols and he went beyond and above to make sure that I was satisfied, also called me back to make sure my concerns were addressed which they were , I am very pleased and happy with my purchase, my dealership, my sales person, and the team at Silver Spring Mercedes. I look forward to doing business with them for a very very long time. More
