First time I have not been happy with service. Saw three people sho said Alondra was my rep. Waited 15 to 20 minutes before she ever came out to write up service request.. waited 2 1/2 hours plus for car t people sho said Alondra was my rep. Was told I needed 30,000 check up said Ok to a quote of 575 or around there to be shocked at an over 700$ bill with no additional cost approval. As a recent covid widow I only do necessary repairs and don’t believe this billing practice is fair at all. Shows dishonest practices in my opinion. Likely didn’t need that 30,000 service either but my husband always handled that stuff on his own. 98$ To add fluid charge really. Seems off. Either way shocking bill that didn’t match quote. More

I LOVED working with Rob and the rest of the team at Regal Honda. They got me a shuttle to and from work and even stopped at Dunkin Donuts in the morning ( I need my coffee)!!
