I needed to get a 2012 Nissan fixed. I never heard back from her until 30 day after I got rid of it. This started in Dec. 23 and I got ride of it in May 24. Typical dealership, they want your business, tell you they can do the job but when a "snafu" arises they don't want to stand behind their word and instead tell me that "the condition of the vehicle when they can do the job but when a "snafu" arises they don't want to stand behind their word and instead tell me that "the condition of the vehicle when brought to them" is what caused the snafu. I understand that a dealership is not a repair shop, however, don't tell me you can do the job if you can't. Yes, they subtracted 1/2 hour labor from my bill but I would be more likely to recommend your service department if my dealing with them had been more a service and not a chance to increase profits. If clarification is needed I would be more than willing to have further conversations on this subject. Please know that I am not the sort to openly badmouth my dealings with Southern Team Nissan Service Dept. But if asked, I would defer comment. Thank you, Wayne Kuykendall More
