I really liked my initial experience with Ryan at Skyline Ford Service Center. However, my experience on 7-16-22 was bad enough that I will never step foot in there again! To say Jim, the service manager was Ford Service Center. However, my experience on 7-16-22 was bad enough that I will never step foot in there again! To say Jim, the service manager was clearly in the wrong job is an understatement. After a day of conversing with him about a problem I was having, BECAUSE OF THEM none-the-less, he was absolutely 100% Gaslighting me. The definition of gaslighting is; A form of psychological manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt & confusion in their victim's mind. Gaslighters are seeking to gain power & control over the other person by distorting reality and forcing them to question their own judgement and intuition. And that is exactly what he did to me. He was defensive, disrespectful, and deflected any blame on their part even though it was all their fault. More

The service tech was super nice to deal with, as a woman, she spoke to me woman to woman, and didn't talk down to me like some of the male techs. She was very personable and knew what she was talking about, she spoke to me woman to woman, and didn't talk down to me like some of the male techs.
