Getting a same day appointment was easy but I had to call back multiple times in order to get my car's 26 point video inspection. There was a piece of metal in there tire which the tech noted in his inspecti back multiple times in order to get my car's 26 point video inspection. Melanie was suppose to get back to me on my paint peeling on my hood. This goes back to the end of Oct. I have left several messages to follow up & I have never described a call back.
