I don't know what this means I felt that Melinda was helpful in allowing us to fully process our decision as we not only needed the car for my wife and myself, but now also for ou I felt that Melinda was helpful in allowing us to fully process our decision as we not only needed the car for my wife and myself, but now also for our daughter who will be driving it as well. When we had second thoughts, Melinda was not critical but allowed us to test drive other vehicles to make sure we felt the accord was the car that suited all of our needs the best. This was a no guilt experience where we really felt that she and the cars manager were patient in working with us. More

Melinda knew exactly what would appeal to me and what would work with my budget. I told her what I wanted as my monthly payment and that I wanted AWD and satellite radio and decent miles per gallon. When i arrived to test drive "as many cars as we want to," Melinda said, "I warmed up this recent trade I just took in because it'd be perfect for you." After having my last car totaled, it was a nightmare of paperwork and phone calls and rental cars. Melinda made the car buying experience so fast and stress-free. They take care of as much for you as possible! Melinda even came to get me from dropping off my rental car; she really thought of everything. And the manager was so helpful and thorough. I felt at ease and that buying from Dick Ide was the best idea. They have a free oil change program and the car comes with a free inspection! Anything that keeps it from passing inspection, they'll fix for you for free just to make customers satisfied. This dealership is packed with pros; they're not just after a quick buck, they want to make sure you become a repeat customer. Thanks, Melinda!!! More

Our recent purchase of a 2013 Honda Accord at Dick Ide Honda was very pleasant, non-pressure experience. Our salesperson, Melinda Pagliuso, was extremely knowledgeable of our new 2013 Accord as well as the other Honda automobiles, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. She provided us with helpful information regarding Honda, the dealership, and the service department. More importantly, she helped us secure a good deal and my wife and I are quite happy with the purchase. When we picked up our car, she was very patient in showings us all of the features and stayed with us until she answered all of our questions. I have been buying new cars for about 30 years, and this was the probably my best car purchasing experience yet. We will recommend Melinda and Dick Ide to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

She made our purchase of a 2013 Accord today the best car buying experience we have ever had. She was exteremely knowledgeable about all the features of the Accord and CRV's we looked at. She listened carefully and made us feel like she really cared about getting us the best deal. She also was a great ambassador of Ide, pointing out the things that set your dealership apart,. While not saying disparaging things about the other dealers in the area she still managed to make us confident that we came to the right place. Thank you Melinda! My experience there from start to finish was wonderful. I felt that they weren’t pushy with me when I came in the door. I knew what I wanted, they knew what I wanted, and they worked to take care of me and I felt that they weren’t pushy with me when I came in the door. I knew what I wanted, they knew what I wanted, and they worked to take care of me and I’m really happy for that. I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord. I have been hearing that it is a very reliable automobile and I like the moon roof in it, and so does my wife! When I took it for a test drive, I loved the way it drove. I needed a car that was going to last me going back and forth to work, and I heard Honda is the way to go, so that’s the way I went. I worked with Melinda and I felt that she was very courteous. She went to work right away, she had the car ready when I got there and I didn’t have to wait. She sent me on my test drive and was ready for me when I got back. I first heard about Dick Ide Honda from Beck on the Breakfast Buzz. I kept hearing him talk about the mileage he had on his vehicle. Looking for longevity, I called my mechanic and he had recommended the Honda Accord. So, I went to an Auburn dealership and I didn’t think I was taken care of properly. I then called the Dick Ide Honda service manager Mark Frey and asked him about a car that I was going to purchase not even from there. I just felt that it was wonderful that he gave me every answer I needed to know. He wasn’t pushy, but then transferred me to a salesperson incase they could help me out. I have to say that I really respect him for that, and how he told me how much he stood behind his vehicles. To me that means a lot. The oil changes for life and the maintenance program are great. If I had bought the car in Auburn, which I had intended at one time, I wouldn’t have gotten any of that, I would have only gotten the Lemon Law. Now I get one year of maintenance, so if something does go wrong with my car I wont have to worry about it. More

My wife and I picked up our 2012 Honda CR-V this weekend, and we love it! We were very specific as far as the color and features we wanted, and our Saleswoman, Melinda went above and beyond to find it for us and we love it! I have, and will refer my friends and family to Dick Ide Honda as well as my saleswoman, Melinda. Very happy customers, and will be going back for all of our free oil changes in the future.
