We had a great experience at Concordville Subaru buying a used Honda Pilot. There were some issues with the windshield that we identified before buying the car and they promised to fix them. All seemed fine used Honda Pilot. There were some issues with the windshield that we identified before buying the car and they promised to fix them. Regarding the dealership itself, it was also amazing! Everyone truly seemed to enjoy their job! They were all attentive, personable, informative, jovial, along with being very knowledgeable! The Love session that we attended was surprising and very informative! We never had an experience like that and it was so nice to see and have help setting up all of the features in the car. Best automotive buying experience I ever had. No pressure. Even walking into the Finance person, I brought a bank draft and he had all the paperwork all completed, he didn’t try to sell me any w No pressure. Even walking into the Finance person, I brought a bank draft and he had all the paperwork all completed, he didn’t try to sell me any warranties. It was the most pleasant buying experience ever. I lived 1.5 hrs away and a couple days later had noticed an issue with the car. They said take it to a local Acura dealership to diagnose and fix because they didn’t want me to have drive to their dealership. Local Acura dealership fixed the issue and this dealership paid for it. Great customer service. More
