Melissa is a longtime resident of Hopewell Junction. After majoring and receiving her degree from Pittsburgh in Business & Travel Industry, she spent the next 15 years fulfilling people’s desire to see the world…and even managed to rack up an impressive list of wonderful vacation memories of her own. Melissa is the proud mother of four wonderful children; 2 boys, Peter & Louie and 2 girls, Adriana and Vanessa. While raising her four children, Melissa still managed to fulfill her position as travel consultant as one of the first telecommuters in her large firm. Melissa joined the DCH team approximately six years ago, knowing that her experience in working with people would translate seamlessly to the automotive industry. (She was correct!) When away from work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, movies and reading. “I enjoy that face-to-face process of working with customers. Went to one dealership and couldn’t negotiate with my trade in so we didn’t go anywhere, emailed other dealerships and didn’t show interest, went to dch Toyota wapp to stop by since they have a Trailhunt trade in so we didn’t go anywhere, emailed other dealerships and didn’t show interest, went to dch Toyota wapp to stop by since they have a Trailhunter n to see what they can offer for my trade in n first offer I didn’t like not even close to what I want but we made the numbers happen to close what I want and made the deal…no pressure and they least tried to negotiate while other dealerships just said no this is the number take it or leave it..Melissa amazing sales lady no pressure n explained everything about the truck since it’s my first one..dch got themself a great sales lady, great communication, straight forward, no pressure, super friendly…first time being in that dealership n I see a lot of customer and I see why they go there and I’m grateful they had the car and grateful in their service n making the deal happen so salute to Mellisa and finance the guy and everyone for making this happen More
