Melissa is a longtime resident of Hopewell Junction. After majoring and receiving her degree from Pittsburgh in Business & Travel Industry, she spent the next 15 years fulfilling people’s desire to see the world…and even managed to rack up an impressive list of wonderful vacation memories of her own. Melissa is the proud mother of four wonderful children; 2 boys, Peter & Louie and 2 girls, Adriana and Vanessa. While raising her four children, Melissa still managed to fulfill her position as travel consultant as one of the first telecommuters in her large firm. Melissa joined the DCH team approximately six years ago, knowing that her experience in working with people would translate seamlessly to the automotive industry. (She was correct!) DCH was great to work with from beginning to end. From the first call I made to them, I noticed a very straight forward, no pressure attitude. I have never received customer service like this dealership. From the first person to the last person I saw I was treated with pleasant, quality service and being an ex bank manager (whom customer dealership. We had to help a neighbor with a vehicleshe needed serviced and the dealership leant her a Camry while they were servicing her Prius.We got to see the Camry and how it handled.Also the staff were help serviced and the dealership leant her a Camry while they were servicing her Prius.We got to see the Camry and how it handled.Also the staff were helpful especially Melissa Sinapi.She gave us all the information about the Camry and of course the zero financing was a nice fact.We were so impressed with the loaner that we came back and bought a new one and Melissa Sinapi and Correy Rheal walked through the process very professionally.We are intending to make long trips and wanted a safe affordable vehicle and the Camry fit the need.We are so pleased with the whole process and we highly recommend this dealership in Wappinger Falls N.Y. and all the staff.Thank-you ! DCH Wappingers Fall Toyota was the best car buying experience we had. The Sales Reps really listened to what we wanted and would fit our lifestyle. They didn't try and sell us a vehicle we didn't wa experience we had. The Sales Reps really listened to what we wanted and would fit our lifestyle. They didn't try and sell us a vehicle we didn't want or need. They clearly pointed out the differences in the two cars we were thinking about and then we were allowed to test drive both. They didn't rush us into a sale, but took time to explain in detail the options available. It was an easy choice for us -- the Camry, and we love it. Additionally, the staff made the paperwork processing so very easy. They had all the necessary forms ready when we arrived (no waiting!), they clearly explained everything to us in detail, answered any questions we had and were so pleasant and friendly every step of the way. I should also note that before we drove the car off the lot, the sales person took us step by step through all the options on the vehicle -- demonstrating everything as we went along. Melissa never rushed us -- even though closing time was very near! I plan to send my family & friends to DCH Wappingers Toyota and will definitely return for future purchases -- great dealership! My husband and I visited DCH, as we have recently arrived from Singapore so we were unfamiliar with pricing and financing option. Our sales representative Melissa Sinapi was awesome, she had to go the ext from Singapore so we were unfamiliar with pricing and financing option. Our sales representative Melissa Sinapi was awesome, she had to go the extra miles to figure out how to work things out with Toyota credit in this unusual scenario and explain to us the advantages of each option. Initially we wanted to purchase another model vehicle from other dealership but when we saw the ease of which we could do business with DCH through Melissa, we decided to go with them instead. More
