He helped us define which features were truly important to us, and helped us translate those features into an existing car. We weren't clear if we should purchase the car outright, or take out a loan. Carlos Robles helped us negotiate the "financial" issues, and arranged for us to get a loan at an acceptable interest rate. Mr. Cueto constantly made himself available to us, and held our hand throughout the process. Our daughter is delighted with her new car, and we are more then pleased with the service and treatment we received. More
