I have tried to call and have not gotten any available sales rep or manager. I had to call service for them to get someone on the phone. I am still awaiting for my vehicles with the license plates and registration.

Update on 4/8/2018 As of today, I was told four difference reasons why my license plates and registration are delayed: - the DMV person from the dealership got into a car accident and they are behind on processing the documents, - the dealership lost the title and had to request a duplicate title and they are waiting to receive the title, - the DMV lost the title so they had to request a duplicate title, - the accounting department at the dealership mistakenly put my name on another vehicle’s title and put another customer’s name on my vehicle’s title and they do not know how long it will be. HOWEVER, they were able to fix the other customer’s title immediately but did not notice the information on mine. Metro Honda is not checking their paperwork and are FALSIFYING documentation. Have I not been on top of the this by calling every day and emailing them every day, they would have not caught their error and would have let it me! And to think they received the 2017 Principal award and they are providing inaccurate and poor service. If anyone is planning on purchasing at METRO HONDA, please, please be on top of them!! I will Not know anything about my documents until noon on Monday!
