My car had a funny smell when I was driving it. I brought it in to the dealership and they were very thorough trying to find the cause but they were not able to duplicate my problem. They never made brought it in to the dealership and they were very thorough trying to find the cause but they were not able to duplicate my problem. They never made me feel stupid and dealt with me professionally. I appreciate Brian's patience with me when I mis-heard the amount he quoted for repairs and freaked out a bit. More

Matt Knutson let me know that I'm not alone in having the low tire light come on a lot recently. This was my third visit to address it in the past month. While Joel Smith was putting air in the tires he foun low tire light come on a lot recently. This was my third visit to address it in the past month. While Joel Smith was putting air in the tires he found a nail in one. You were able to fix it immediately and while doing that, another nail was found in another tire so that was fixed, too. Mia Karnowski updated me on the situation for that. I appreciate that I can stop in to have you put air in without cost and get help when I need it. More

Above and beyond in every way. Brian was amazing and made sure we had a large rental for our large family. Mia noticed the start of my car didn't seem right and had it checked and sure enough I needed a batt sure we had a large rental for our large family. From the time I placed the call to request service to the final hand-off of my key, the Service Dept was sharp, prompt and friendly.
