Mike made it so easy and the process was much quicker than I expected. Both Mike and Joey the finance guy were both so nice and explained everything to me quickly and clearly. When it came time to pick up my car, literally 2 days after signing my papers, Mike met with me to give me the keys, my registration, and even taught me about my Bluetooth and other gadgets in my car. My experience at Subaru was great; I’d recommend anyone to go there for their next ride and ask friends Mike Brooks. More

Upgrade I had scheduled a oil change on my way to work, when I arrived I was met by Mike Brooks sales associate. He wanted to show off the new 2018 Outback. I had scheduled a oil change on my way to work, when I arrived I was met by Mike Brooks sales associate. He wanted to show off the new 2018 Outback. I went alone, not wanting to upgrade by 2016. After seeing the new features on the 2018, I was impressed, I like the new radio system and all that had to offer. So I decided to upgrade . Mike showed me the paperwork, it was such a easy transition. It was just a change in paperwork! I went back 2 days later and picked up my new 2018 Outback, i didn't even change color white! Mike Brooks was great, this was the 3rd Subaru I had purchased from Clay Subaru. I can say the easiest. They are true professionals and make your experience comfortable.
