TJ was not pushy! He listened to me. I knew what I wanted. I wanted another, smaller Toyota my 2005 Highlander was going strong. He researched & found my future Rav 4 He listened to me. He was patient and ensured I was comfortable buying this vehicle unseen. Several test drives from the lot & I was sure! More

Always reliable I have an older Toyota and there are issues from time-to-time.
