Greg Gustafson worked hard to find the vehicles we needed at an affordable price. He was great to work with. Michael Cleveland was instrumental in our positive experience with a repair that could have easi at an affordable price. He was great to work with. Given the excellent rating because of being at other dealerships in the past and did not like the pushiness of the sales associates. In purchasing our 2013 Toyota Sienna everyone we worked with in the Sales area was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would say this purchase was one of, if not THE most pleasant car-buying experience I've with in the Sales area was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would say this purchase was one of, if not THE most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. We knew Kristin Paulsen and Don Speck previously so it was nice to see familiar faces. Don even acted as techno-geek to program my Blue Tooth, and sat down and visited with us while we waited for the finance guy. In addition, when I brought the car back 10 days later to inquire about changing the height of the armrests, Mike Cleveland bent over backward helping me. Although there was not a ready solution in the parts area, he eventually took it upon himself to construct a "fix" which worked great. He didn't charge me, and he even arranged for a car wash!
